• Domino server version including any service pack<br />
• Operating system and version including any service pack<br />
• Log Book entries created at log level 8 (for runtime errors)<br />
• Any RIP files or NSD files<br />
• Configuration files<br />
• Log files<br />
• TECHNICAL_SUPPORT folder (in the installation folder)<br />
