Notes.<br />
a. If using the extension ducts go to Frame 16.<br />
b. For shorter flue requirements use non telescopic B<br />
Pack.<br />
c. If the stand-off frame is used it is essential to add 45mm<br />
to ‘X’ the measured wall thickness when marking the<br />
flue (this will allow for the fitted frame).<br />

Prior to fitting the flue, the rubber terminal wall seal provided Once the flue is installed it is IMPORTANT that the rubber<br />
in the flue pack MUST be fitted to the flue terminal as shown terminal wall seal is pressed against the outside wall to create<br />
below in Figure 1.<br />

over step on plastic nose of flue terminal<br />
(note, seal is cut away for clarity)<br />

1. Measure and note wall thickness x. Refer to Frame 8.<br />
2. Add 90mm to dimension x and, measuring from the ring,<br />
cut the outer tube only.<br />
3. To ensure the tube is cut square, mark the flue all the way<br />
around.<br />
4. Cut the inner tube to a length 20mm longer to aid<br />
engagement, using the cutting aid provided.<br />
Telescopic Flue - Wall thickness of 195mm to 420mm<br />
1. Measure and note wall thickness x. Refer to Frame 8.<br />
2. Add 75mm to dimension x and set telescopic flue length<br />
as indicated in drawing.<br />
3. Using a 3.5mm drill bit, drill one hole in outer air duct<br />
taking care not to pierce plastic inner flue.<br />
4. Fix to length using self tappers provided.<br />
5. Seal outer air duct using the tape provided. nm8944<br />
