AQUATICS • Instructional Swimming<br />
Preschool Duck (12 to 24 months)<br />
In this beginner class for toddlers (12 to 24 months) and their parent/<br />
caregiver, participants will have the opportunity to learn rhythmic<br />
breathing, moving forward and backward, front and back float with<br />
recovery, and shallow water entries and exits. Age is the only condition<br />
for entering this level. This level is participation-based only, without<br />
formal evaluation.<br />

In this beginner class for toddlers (24 to 36 months) and their parent/<br />
caregiver, participants will have the opportunity to work on<br />
submersion, front and back floats and glides, jumping into chest-deep<br />
water with assistance, kicking on front and front swim. This level is<br />
participation based only, without formal evaluation.<br />
