In this advanced class for adults (18 years & over) participants will<br />
discover the healing world <strong>of</strong> Tai Chi through exercise for the body,<br />
mind and spirit. Emphasis will be on tuning into your body, focusing<br />
your mind and becoming aware <strong>of</strong> the power and energy within all<br />
creation. Participants will experience a tranquil sense <strong>of</strong> well-being.<br />

In this introductory class for adults (18 years & over) participants will<br />
learn Chi Kung healing exercises that combine breath with movement.<br />
Emphasis will be on circulating chi (life force energy) through your<br />
body while nourishing the organs and improving your vitality,<br />
flexibility and strength. This program is great for older adults and<br />

Flow Yoga (18 years & over)<br />
In this introductory class for adults (18 years & over) participants will<br />
enjoy a slow to medium paced flow class that connects the breath with<br />
postures to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility. Less emphasis<br />
is on getting into the pose and more focus is on mindful movement<br />
through a sequence <strong>of</strong> poses. Classes include breathwork (pranayama)<br />
and relaxation (savasana). Modifications and props <strong>of</strong>fered. Suitable for<br />
students who have some yoga experience and who are comfortable doing<br />
Sun Salutations. Please bring a mat to the class. Instructor: Michelle Lucy.<br />

learn yoga basics. This class takes a gentle therapeutic approach for<br />
those who have back, joint, or other concerns. Poses are taught at a<br />
slow and gentle pace with a focus on strengthening, stabilizing and<br />
stretching. Classes include breathwork, relaxation, and modification<br />
with the use <strong>of</strong> props to suit individual needs. Suitable for all levels.<br />
