statement<br />
As Managing Directors of Holding Slovenske elektrarne<br />
d.o.o. we hereby confirm the financial statements<br />
of <strong>HSE</strong> for the financial year 2008, the notes<br />
thereto, and the accounting policies applied.<br />
We confirm that the accounting policies have been<br />
applied consistently during the preparation of the financial<br />
statements, that the accounting estimates<br />
were prepared on the principles of prudence and good<br />
management and that the annual report gives a true<br />
and fair view of the financial position of the company<br />
and the results of its operations in the year 2008.<br />
We confirm that the financial statements have been<br />
prepared in accordance with provisions of the Companies<br />
Act, Slovene Accounting Standards and other<br />
regulations governing the area of accounting. The financial<br />
statements were prepared on a going concern<br />
basis.<br />
