PROJECT IDEAS Our aim is to create al Leonardo da Vinci partnership with an organisation in spain for 20 our students of our vocational college which is specialised in foreign language and business administration. The idea is to train the sudents by staying abroad in spain. This training is planned for four weeds in autumn 2012 and shall include language and cultural course, cultural activities and Insight into the working world by visiting of companies and internship/work placement.

We concentrate on different aspect of social work but the main clientele are children, youth and families. For the first two target groups we offer 4 kindergartens two housing groups for social handicaped young people and ambulant services. The further aspect is work with families. One of the parts of the organisation is "EU-Projekte" that offers young people possibility to gather experiences abrode as a volunteer (EVS) or trainee (PLM, IVT, VETPRO projects). In the area of the european projects we are sending, coordinating and hosting organisation. Every contact seminar is a perfect possibility to be inspired and inspire the others to develop new projects and innovative ideas. I truly hope to meet coordinators of organisation that are working in the same field and taht want to develop a long term cooperation. We want to adress new PLM projects to young graduates who haven't had possibility yet to gather experience. This possibility is very importnant for young people who often have problems to find a job directly after graduation. The international experiences rise chances for a better job in the future. The second target group are unemployed people who from different reasons have problems to enter the labour market. LdV projects may be very helpful according to accelerate their carrers. Within the learningg partnerships and VETPRO projects we would like to offer proffesionals working in a social field for organisations in Leipzig possibility to participate in international Project. The in the past organised projects shows the importance of such type of projects for the participants and their organisations. International exeriences and cooperation with other european organisations working in a social field are seem as a source of new concepts for the domestic organisation and indicator of innovativ ideas. We would like to increase the knowledge and introduce innovative ideas throught exchange of profesionals, knowledge and ideas between partner organisations.
