The information society was announced years ago - and it does not really mean personal knowledge. Rather the information society of nowadays is rather aware of searching techniques in search engines, wikipedia and social networks. Today information - in whatever quality shall not be discussed here - is accessible in nearly zero time from any place on the world where internet is accessible. In our opinion personally stored information and knowledge is just necessary up to a critical amount. From this amount on it may grow with creativity, may be strengthened by application, may be spread by teaching. The "understanding society" shall be the next step, taking the personal and society knowledge as basis. Understanding all processes, interactions, connections of subjects. Understanding the backgrounds and opportunities of daily life decisions and events. Understanding, or at least trying to understand other people. Together with educated, motivated and responsible friends and partners, Future Balloons is trying to assist in the society transition from the information society to the understanding society. We aim to inovate with ideas about the way organizations of social economy can contribute to the change towards a more sustainable economic system, overcoming the challenges of crisis.

" This encourages us to seek an effective way of promoting social cohesion and competitiveness in socioeconomic sectors which prove to be of major importance in this region. Thus, analyzing the economic and socio-cultural region, our aim is to bridge the needs of the economy and population. In addition the formation of local human capital becomes of key importance, when the territories in question are territories with unfavorable characteristics in different areas, the Association Thematic Positive focus in the following areas: Education and Training for youth and adults; Active citizenship; Equal opportunities; Social Innovation; Social inclusion. The materializing of the proposed areas of intervention embodies - in a collaborative work among a highly qualified team, which, based on commitment to economic development and social responsibilities assumes as: a) Develop studies and social research, through active participation of the platform of partnerships and knowledge networks, in which he has privileged access; b) Incubation initiatives and social and economic projects, including education, training, employment, inclusion and adaptability; c) Interact with the actors of development for the benefit of the common objectives of economic and social development; d) Produce and disseminate knowledge and social innovation To promote teacher/educational staff training to support the students with difficulties in their apprenticeship process, trough the transferring the linguistic programming principles
