At national level it aims at initiating and organising actions for equal opportunities for development of different regions, youth from rural and urban areas, and especially of disadvantaged social groups and disabled people. On the other hand its second objective is the development and fostering of cooperation between the groups organizations and local communities from different EU countries in order to facilitate the integration process. The Institute is based in Warsaw, however a particular attention of the Institute is focused on the disadvantaged areas where youngsters have problems with finding their place in a society. In our world we can't forget about disabeled people and we should take care about prevention from their social exclusion. To facilitate this process we could use different movement therapies or theatre performances in order to set relations between youngsters and in this way help them find their place in today's world.

My Reasons are: 1) exchange of experience in assessing the development of social capital in different countries, including the exchange of experiences on the direction and dynamics of changes in the qualifications desired by employers (a combination of my many years of academic experience and business contacts) 2) the opportunity to participate in projects involving pupils and students by offering them internships and practices
