(Centro Studi Formazione Orientamento, www.cesfor.net) is a non profit organization that works in the fields of Education, Training, Guidance, Counselling and Mobility for young people and adult citizens. Cesfor activities are aimed to the total growth of the human person and his social inclusion. Moreover Cesfor works for the development and learning of the organizations through innovative methodologies, training activities, counselling and research. In the last years Ce.S.F:Or. successfully managed many international projects, mainly Lifelong Learning Programme and Transnational Mobility as a sending and receiving organization. On the basis of a wide network of local associations, enterprises and organization, Ce.S.F.Or. would like to suggest two main project ideas: 1) Mobility in Social Economy/Third Sector: the idea is to design and realize European mobility pathways for young people (IVT) and young professionals (PLM). The goal is to support: - The development of entrepreneurial approaches to Social Economy - The development managerial skills and competences in the above mentioned sector with particular attention to promotion/communication and networking for smallmedium local projects and activities The hosting organizations would be: associations, cooperatives, NFPO working in Social Economy/Third Sector The training/internship fields would be: Arts&Culture, Cultural and Social inclusion of disadvantaged people (older people, drop out youngsters, immigrants, unemployed women), green energies (alternative/renewable), sustainable-cultural Tourism. The main objectives of the project would be the enhancement of managerial approaches to Social Economy in order to promote the strategic value of this sector as a strategic lever for economical and social development. 2) Transfer of Innovation on Arts&Culture and Social Economy. The idea focuses on a quite new professional profile: the e-Promoter. These professionals are able to plan and realize a full cover of the promotion and communication activities related with products and services in the cultural and third sector fields. From the planning and realization of a promotional plan, to the realization of promotional multuimedia (audio/video/text) package, using, mainly, freeware softwares (open source) and the channels of Web
