5.3 DISCLOSABLE EXECUTIVES’ BONUSES AND<br />
EQUITY BASED AWARDS<br />
The table below shows details of share rights over BIP and/<br />
or BIL shares awarded to the Disclosable Executives during<br />
the Year under the 2004 Plans. All of the awards shown<br />
were made on 21 October 2005, and have a vesting date<br />
of 21 October 2008. Most have an expiry date of<br />
21 October 2011. However, those awarded to US residents,<br />
Mr Mezzanotte and Mr Trujillo, have an expiry date of<br />
21 October 2008. The estimated maximum and minimum<br />
possible total future value of these awards is also detailed.<br />
None of these awards vested or were forfeited during the<br />
Year (16) (other than for Mr Kottgen).<br />
The table below also shows the STI Cash Awards expected<br />
to be paid to the Disclosable Executives shortly in respect<br />
of performance during the Year, expressed as a percentage<br />
of the amount which would have been paid, had all of<br />
their KPIs been achieved at Maximum (with the balance<br />
