MEAL PLAN h Prices include breakfast in Nairobi;
breakfast, lunch and dinner on safari (excluding lunch on
Day 5 on the 7 night itinerary). Mineral water is also
included. You will have the chance to purchase any extra
soft and alcoholic drinks (extra cost) en route to each
camp. All Inclusive on the Kenya Coast extension and
breakfast and dinner on the Zanzibar extension.
ACCOMMODATION h In small basic camps with 6 feet high
canvas dome tents complete with comfortable mattresses,
sleeping bag, towels and private bathroom in a cubicle
behind the tent with toilet and bucket shower with heated
water. At each camp, staff will be on hand to attend to all
duties and prepare food. 3 Star hotel in Nairobi.
Alternatives to those shown may be used on occasion
according to local availability and road conditions.
GROUP SIZE h Minimum 2; maximum 12 passengers.
TRAVEL TIPS h Pack warm and cool layers. Neutral colours
are recommended on safari. Bring a sun hat, sunglasses,
binoculars and insect repellent. Luggage allowance is
15kg in soft bags. Extra luggage can be left in Nairobi.

Transfers to the camps are by minibus or a short flight
as per the itinerary. Game drives are all in 4x4 safari
vehicles seating a maximum of 6 passengers, with a
knowledgeable driver/guide.

TOUR DURATION: 4 NIGHTS
h Nairobi: 1 night
h Ol Kinyei (Maasai Mara): 3 nights
DAY 1 h On arrival, transfer to the Southern Sun Mayfair
Nairobi for one night.
DAY 2 h Early morning transfer by minibus (approx.
four hours) to the Ol Kinyei Conservancy. Enjoy lunch
and time at leisure before an afternoon game drive in
the conservancy. Return to camp for dinner. Spend three
nights in the conservancy, hopefully seeing lions and
other big game.
DAY 3 h Rise at dawn to enjoy an early game drive in the
conservancy, returning to camp for a late breakfast. Take an
escorted nature walk followed by lunch. Experience a further
game drive this afternoon with a thrilling night drive spotting
nocturnal wildlife as you return to camp for dinner.

DAY 4 h Today embark on a full day of game viewing in the
wildlife-rich Maasai Mara reserve. Lunch today is a picnic in
the reserve. Return to camp late afternoon for dinner.
DAY 5 h Your final game drive is early this morning, followed
by breakfast and a return transfer by minibus to Nairobi.
Transfer to the airport for your return flight or choose to
extend your time in Africa with a beach stay.
