Agreement Summary Description<br />
The <strong>District</strong> agrees to provide a minimum 100<br />
AF/Yr and max. 200 AF/Yr to Celio, in addition to<br />
any tailwater the ranch receives from Ace Hereford.<br />
Celio grants the <strong>District</strong> an easement for recycled<br />
water operations through the lands.<br />
Permits the ranch an annual average of 650 AF<br />
recycled water on 170 acres. Bruns actually<br />
receives ¼ of the recycled water remaining after<br />
the Celio and Dressler obligations are met. This is a<br />
function of how much recycled water the <strong>District</strong>’s<br />
plant produces and could be less than 650 AF.<br />
Permits the ranch an annual average of 650 AF<br />
recycled water on 505 acres. Gansberg actually<br />
receives ¼ of the recycled water remaining after<br />
the Celio and Dressler obligations are met. This is a<br />
function of how much recycled water the <strong>District</strong>’s<br />
plant produces and could be less than 650 AF.<br />

¼ of the recycled water remaining after the Celio<br />
and Dressler obligations are met. This is a function<br />
of how much recycled water the <strong>District</strong>’s plant<br />
produces and could be less than 650 AF.<br />
Permits the ranch an annual average of 200 AF<br />
recycled water on 100 acres.<br />

recycled water on 400 acres (800 AF plus a<br />
potential 1,200 AF for the On-Farm emergency<br />

<strong>District</strong> Considerations or Issues<br />
<strong>District</strong> should negotiate an extension of the<br />
easement for the Celio Agreement.<br />
