Some of the reasons offered as to why <strong>Ireland</strong> did not need any further expansion of services/service <br />
providers included: <br />
If we don't allow indigenous providers to build market share, it is likely that services will be <br />
provided from sources abroad, as the various digital delivery methods become more viable. <br />
