changing. He admitted that ‘we could arguably now close every plat<strong>for</strong>m other then FM, even though <br />
we are on something like 10 plat<strong>for</strong>ms at this stage..we can close all of them and it will not effect our <br />
market position significantly. That won't be true in 5 to 10 years’. There<strong>for</strong>e, the time to prepare <strong>for</strong> a <br />
digital future is now and this will mean recognizing DAB and online ‘as complementary plat<strong>for</strong>ms, as <br />
complementary content propositions, as part of the single ecology around this content proposition <br />
and this relationship with the audience that is radio’. <br />
