IPE Exhibition in Armstrong<br />

Aug 31 - Sept 4 When the Interior Provincial<br />

Exhibition decided to go floral for its theme this<br />

year, who better to <strong>of</strong>fer their assistance than<br />

Communities in Bloom In addition to the help<br />

from the provincial <strong>of</strong>fice (BC CiB) and local CiB<br />

communities; nurseries and greenhouse from<br />

the area worked to beautify the grounds with<br />

displays throughout the fair.<br />

Going a step further, IPE organizers wanted to<br />

try for a Guinness Book Record by encouraging<br />

women to bring from home or make on site, a<br />

FACINATOR (royal wedding inspired hair<br />

ornaments).<br />

The IPE was a floral extravaganza from its<br />

grounds to its participants...Way to Grow!<br />
