DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT a) DVPll-0023 - 855 Langford Parkway (Canadian Tire) MOVED BY: SECONDED: COUNCILLOR BLACKWELL COUNCILLOR SZPAK That Council issue Development Variance Permit No. DVPll-0023 to Lisa Poitras on behalf of Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd. to vary the frontage at 855 Langford Parkway (Canadian Tire) subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Variances The following regulation of Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 1000 is varied under Section 922 of the Local Government Act: a) That all frontage improvements required be varied to nil, except that the uplift in the sidewalk be fixed to the satisfaction of the Parks Manager to a maximum upset value of no greater than $25,000. 2. Conditions That prior to issuance of a Building Permit, staff receive a signed copy a Cooperation Agreement between the City and Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited. CARRIED. 7.
