Prosecutor's Office, , Laoag City docketed under IS Nr. I-04-INV-10A-00028 dated January 27,
2010 in relation to the incident that transpired on or about 1:35 AM of January 24, 2010 at Brgy.
Nagrebcan, Badoc, Ilocos Norte wherein the victims identified as Dante Pagdilao y Semana
(Killed); Brgy Captain Edmund Tadenas Sr. Y Pagdilao and Jayford Salon Y Puriran.
2) Filing of Rape in Relation to RA 7610 case against John Michael Mejia y Aucena
before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan on January 25, 2010
docketed under NPS-01e-INV-10A-00033 in relation to the incident that transpired on or about
11:00 to 3:00 PM of January 8, 2010 at Brgy. Malasir, Pozzorubio, Pangasinan wherein the victim
identified as Rio SENICA Lapena y Nisperos and Marissa Lapena y Nisperos.
3) Filing of Rape and Violation of RA 7610 Cases against Armando Ferrer before the
Provincial Prosecutor's Office, San Carlos City on February 12, 2010 docketed under NPS Nr. 1-
01C-INV-10B-00041 in relation to the incident that transpired on or about '6:00AM of Nov. 14,
2009 at Zamora St., Basista, Pangasinan wherein the victim identified as Judy Ann Ferrer, 14
years old.
4) Filing of Violation of RA 8353 in relation to RA 7610 case against Mark Jorico
Abulencia y Madayag before the City Prosecutor's Office, Dagupan City, Pangasinan dated
February 15, 2010 docketed under NPS docket Nr. 1-10-INV-10B-00064 in relation to the incident
that transpired on or about 1:00AM - 3:00AM ofSeptember 22, 2009 at Tondo, Bolosan District,
Dagupan City, Pangasinan wherein the victim identified as Caselyn Gubatan y Bautista, 17
years old.
5) Filing of Rape in relation to RA 7610 case against Rolando LUGASAN y Jomero
before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office, Dagupan City on March 1, 2010 docketed under NPS
docket Nr I-01D-INV-10C-119 in relation to the incident that transpired on or about '11:00AM of
February 25, 2010 at Brgy. Embarcadero, Mangaldan, Pangasinan wherein the victim identified
as Maricris JOMERO y Eder, 15 years old.

Prosecutor's Office, alaminos City on February 27, 2010 docketed under IS Nr. I-08-INV-10B-037
in relation to the incident that transpired on or about 3:00 AM of February 26, 2010 at Sabaro
St., Brgy Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan wherein the victim identified as Geraldine
GUILLERMO y Rosales.

dated March 10, 2010 in relation to the incident that transpired on or about 9:00PM of March 6,
2010 at Brgy. Poblacion, Bugallon, Pangasinan wherein the victim identified as Maritess REYES.
