City, Pangasinan dated March 17, <strong>2010</strong> in CC Nr. <strong>2010</strong>-0150-D for ESTAFA with recommended<br />
bailbond amounting to Php40,000.00 for her temporary liberty. Arrested person was brought to<br />
SATT-2, Pangasinan CIDT Office located at Dagupan City, Pangasinan for documentation prior<br />
turned-over to the issuing court for disposition.<br />
26) Arrest of Celso SARAZA y Bona on or about 3:00 in the morning of March 27,<br />
<strong>2010</strong> at Brgy Camanang, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan during police operation conducted by<br />
elements of SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT together with Urdaneta City PS led by PCI RICHARD V<br />
CABALLERO by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Irma B panahon-Abad, Presiding<br />
Judge, MTCC, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan dated <strong>December</strong> 29, 2009 in CC Nr. 25464 for<br />
Attempted Homicide with recommended bailbond amounting to Php12,000.00 for his<br />
temporary liberty. Arrested person was brought to SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT Office located at<br />
Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for documentation prior turned-over to the issuing court for<br />
disposition.<br />

Presiding Judge, MTTC, FJR, Br 3, Dagupan City, Pangasinan dated March 23, <strong>2010</strong> in CC Nr.<br />
51072 for Violation of PD 1096 (Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the National<br />
Building Code of the <strong>Philippine</strong>s) with recommended bailbond amounting to Php4,000.00 for<br />
his temporary liberty. Arrested person was brought to SATT-2, Pangasinan CIDT Office located<br />
at Dagupan City, Pangasinan for documentation prior turned-over to the issuing court for<br />
disposition.<br />

with recommended bailbond amounting to Php26,000.00 for her temporary liberty. Accused<br />
was brought to Ilocos Sur CIDT Office for proper documentation prior turned-over to the issuing<br />
court for disposition.<br />

Domingo MPS by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Reynaldo A Lacasandile, Presiding<br />
Judge, RTC, Br 20, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur dated April 19, <strong>2010</strong> in CC Nr. 6716-V for ESTAFA with<br />
recommended bailbond amounting to Php16,000.00 for her temporary liberty. Accused was<br />
brought to Sto Domingo MPS for proper documentation prior turned-over to the issuing court<br />
for disposition.<br />

Hidalgo, Presiding Judge, FJR, RTC Br 68, Lingayen, Pangasinan dated January 13, <strong>2010</strong> in CC<br />
Nr. L-8760 for Violation of RA 6539 as amended PD 1911 and RA 7659 (Carnapping) with<br />
recommended bailbond amounting to Php180,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Arrested person<br />
was already lodged at jail when the Alias Warrant of Arrest was served.<br />
