in relation to the incident that transpired on or about 6:00 in the morning of May 25, <strong>2010</strong> at<br />
Brgy, Taguipuro, Bantay, Ilocos Sur wherein the victims identified Gener BAUTISTA y De Castillo<br />
and Jeffrey PACLEB y Pastor. Suspect was arrested.<br />
