Pangasinan for proper documentation and disposition while a case Violation of Sec. 5 & 11,
Art. II of RA 9165 was filed against the arrested suspects Valente CASTRO y Felix & Celso PAG-
ONG y Loreto and separate case for and Violation of RA 8294 was filed against Valente
CASTRO y Felix before the Provincial prosecutor’s Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan docketed

Revolver and the arrest of Jessly Tugadi y Teneza during implementation
of SW Nr. 10-SW-001 issued by Hon. Judge Loreto L Seares of MCTC,
Tayum-Penarrubia, Abra date August 12, 2010 for Violation of RA 8294 at
the house/premises of aforementioned suspect located at Sitio Pagawan,
Brgy Budac, Tayum, Abra on or about 6:00 in the morning of August 13,
2010 conducted by elements of Ilocos Sur CIDT led by PCI VILLAFLOR S
BANNAWAGAN together with Abra CIDT, RID, PRO1, Abra PPSC, PIIB Abra
and Tayum PS. Arrested suspect and the confiscated items were brought
to Ilocos Sur CIDT Office for proper documentation. A case for Violation of
RA 8294 was filed before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Bangued, Abra
docketed under IS No. I-06-INQ-10H-00099.
32) Confiscation of One (1) Shotgun (Armscor) with SN: 1058019; One (1) cal. 38
revolver (TAURUS) with SN: OE66215; One (1) F/A license Card bearing with Lic nr.
93772711617763 for twelve (12) gauge shotgun with expiry date January 6, 2011; One (1) F/A
license card bearing with Lic nr. 93772711501094 for cal. 38 revolver with an expiry date
January 6, 2011; Twenty five (25) rds Live ammos for 12 gauge shotgun; Seven (7) rds Live
ammos for cal. 38; Gun case (pistol); Gun case (rifle); and Holster (pistol) during
implementation of SW Nr. D-04-2009 issued by Hon. Emma M. Torio, Executive Judge, RTC, Br 41,
Dagupan City, Pangasinan dated August 13, 2010 for Violation of RA 8294 at the
house/premises of Thelma REYES y Erfe located at Brgy. Banaoag Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan on
or about 8:35 in the morning of August 13, 2010 conducted by elements of SATT-2, Pangasinan
CIDT led by PCI ARBEL C MERCULO under the direct supervision of
PCI EDGAR V BATOON, Provincial Chief, Pangasinan CIDT.
Confiscated items were brought to Pangasinan CIDT Office and
were later turned-over to the owner Thelma REYES y Erfe because it
