arrest. Accused armed with cal .38 and one (1) Hand Grenade exchange fire to the operating
elements that resulted to his death together with his unidentified companion. On the other
hand, one member of the arresting elements identified as PO3 Lamberto Ferrer was hit in his
right leg during the shoot out and was brought to Eastern Medical Hospital for medical
treatment. Cadaver of the suspects lies at the morgue of Amado Perez Emergency Hospital in
Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
12) Arrest of Rowena SIBAYAN y Nachor on or about 11:30 in the morning of
February 5, 2010 at Brgy Bacag West, Villasis, Pangasinan during police operation conducted
by joint elements of SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT led by SPO2 Elsa M Bergado together with Villasis
PS by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Emma P Bauzon, Presiding Judge, RTC, FJR, Br45,
Urdaneta City, Pangasinan dated February 1, 2010 in CC Nr. U-16628 for ESTAFA with
recommended bailbond amounting to Php60,000.00 for her temporary liberty. Arrested person
was brought to SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT Office located at Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for
documentation prior turned-over to the issuing court for disposition.
13) Arrest of Mary Jan VENTURA y Vigila, John CEREZO y Rodas, Glen CALIMLIM y
Reyes, Jun BARROGA y Perrera & Jonathan DELA CRUZ on or about 12:10 in the afternoon of
February 20, 2010 at San Fabian, Pangasinan during police operation conducted by joint
elements of SATT-2, Dagupan City led by PCINSP JAY D GUILLERMO and San Fabian PS by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Emma Torio, Executive Judge, RTC, FJR, Br. 41,
Dagupan City, Pangasinan in CC Nrs. 5770 & 5771 for Violation of RA 8550 (Illegal Fishing) with
recommended bailbond amounting to Php10,000.00 each. Arrested person were brought to
San Fabian PS for proper documentation and disposition. Accused Mary Jane Ventura and
Johnny CEREZO were released after posted their necessary bailbond while Glen CALIMLIM,
Jonathan DELA CRUZ and Jun BARROGA were detained at the San Fabian PS for failure to post
their required bailbond.
14) Arrest of Shirley PAJATIN y Ayuso on or about 12:30 in the afternoon of February
22, 2010 at Aruego st., Poblacion, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan during police operation
conducted by elements of SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT led by SPO1 Maximo C Javonillo under the
direct supervision of PSI MELCHOR F PISO by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Irma P
Abad, Presiding Judge, MTCC, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan dated February 12, 2010 in CC Nrs.
25374 & 25375 for Violation of BP 22 (2 counts) with recommended bailbond amounting to
Php500.00 each for her temporary liberty. Arrested person was brought to SATT-3, Pangasinan
CIDT Office located at Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for documentation prior turned-over to the
issuing court for disposition.
15) Arrest of Ronnie CABUSORA on or about 9:30 in the morning of March 5, 2010 at
Provincial Jail, Lingayen, Pangasinan during police operation conducted by elements of SATT-
1, Pangasinan CIDT led by PO2 Filomeno Garcia by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon.
Georgina D. Hidalgo, Presiding Judge, RTC, Br 68, Lingayen, Pangasinan dated January 13,
2010 in CC Nr. L-8700 for Carnapping (RA 6539 as amended by PD 1911 and RA 7659) with
recommended bailbond amounting to Php180,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Accused was
already arrested when the Warrant of Arrest was served.

Provincial Jail, Lingayen, Pangasinan during police operation conducted by elements of SATT-

Ma Susana T Baua, Presiding Judge, RTC, Br 69, Lingayen, Pangasinan dated December 16,
2010 in CC Nr. L-8745 for ESTAFA. Arrested accused was brought to Sta Cruz MPS for proper
documentation prior turned-over to the issuing court for disposition.
17) Arrest of Dennis GACUSAN y Pastidio on or about 8:00 in the morning of March 8,
2010 at Brgy Besalan, Sta Cruz, Ilocos Sur during police operation conducted by joint elements
of Ilocos Sur CIDT led by PO2 Leodegarie Ragasa together with Sta Cruz MPS led by COP PCI
JUGITH DEL PRADO by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Modesto L. Quismorio, Jr,
Presiding Judge, MTCC, FJR, Candon City, Ilocos Sur dated February 23, 2010 in CC Nr. 4948 for
Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Serious Physical Injury with recommended bailbond
amounting to Php10,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Arrested accused was brought to Sta Cruz
MPS for proper documentation prior turned-over to the issuing court for disposition.
