de Guzman & Evan ASERON Y Peralta before the Hon Oliva A Naia-Nudo, 3 rd Asst. City
Prosecutor, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, docketed under IS Nr. I-10-INQ-10J-0217 dated
October 9, 2010. However, as the case for Violation of RA 8294 filed against Glenn ASERON was

during implementation of SW Nrs. 2010-14, 15 and 16 issued by
Hon. Hermogenes C Fernandez, Executive Judge, RTC Br. 56, San
Carlos City, Pangasinan dated October 7, 2010 for Violation of RA
8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) conducted
by elements of SATT2, Pangasinan CIDT led by PCI EDGAR V
BATOON at the house/premises of Modesto Peralta, Rodolfo
Peralta and Alberto Peralta, all residents of Brgy. Reynado,
Bayambang, Pangasinan on or about 6:30 in the morning of
October 9, 2010 that resulted to the confiscation of
aforementioned items at the residence of Modesto Peralta
(arrested). However, SW Nrs. 2010-15 and 2010-16 yielded
negative results. The search was done on an orderly manner and
in the presence of Brgy. Kgwds Reynaldo Raguindin and Henry
Madronio of same barangay. Arrested person and the confiscated
items were brought to SATT2, Pangasinan CIDT Office located at
Dagupan City, Pangasinan for proper documentation while a case for Violation of RA 8294 was
filed against the suspect Modesto PERALTA y Vallo before Ely Reintar, Asst. Provincial
Prosecutor, San Carlos City, Pangasinan docketed under NPS Docket Nr. I-OIC-INV-10G-0205.

during implementation of SW Nr. 144, S’ 2010 issued by Hon. Francisco A Ante, Jr of MTCC,
Vigan City, Ilocos Sur dated October 22, 2010 at the house/premises of the suspect located at
Brgy. San Pedro, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur on or about 6:45 in the morning of October 28, 2010
conducted by elements of Ilocos Sur CIDT led by PCI VILLAFLOR S BANNAWAGAN and Vigan
City PS. Arrested person and the confiscated items were brought to Ilocos Sur CIDT office for
proper documentation while a case for Violation of RA 8294 was filed against Francisco
RAQUEL y Quiming before the City Prosecutor's Office, Vigan City, IS docketed under IS No. I-
14-INQ-10I-0003C.

& Wesson” w/o SN; Four (4) pcs Live ammos for Cal .38; One (1) pc fired cartridge case for Cal
.38; Two (2) pcs Hand Grenade, “Pineapple” Type; One (1) unit Motorcycle Honda Wave Color
White/Black 100cc; One (1) unit Motorcycle, Rev 110, Color Pink and the arrest/neutralization of
Harold GATCHALIAN y Curitana, Aristeo SORIANO y Oropilla & Upjohn MAGANES y Estacio,
alleged members of “GATCHALIAN GROUP” engaged in Robbery Hold-up & Illegal Drug
Trafficking Activities operating in the Provinces of Region 1 during police operation conducted
by joint elements of La Union CIDT led by PCI HELSON B WALIN, La Union Police Provincial Office
Special Operations Group and Rosario MPS on or about 3:30 in the afternoon of October 28,
2010 at Brgys Camp1 & Udiao, Rosario, La Union. Arrested persons and the confiscated items
were brought to Rosario MPS and La Union PPO, then to the La Union CIDT office for proper
documentation while cases for Violation of RA 8294 & Violation of COMELEC Gun Ban (Inquest
Case) were filed against the arrested suspects Aristeo SORIANO y Oropilla, Upjohn MAGANES y
Estacio & Harold GATCHALIAN y Curitana before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, San
Fernando City, La Union docketed under NPS Docket No. I-02a-INQ-10J-00182 dated October
29, 2010. Accused were presently detained at BJMP, Agoo, La Union. Inves-on-case SPO2
Augusto Gacayan.
