Innova Bearing Plate Nr. ZKU 208, MV FILE NO.
1384-00000233436, ENGINE NO. 1TR-6390457 &
CHASSIS NO. TGN40-5010949; and OR/CR, LTO
IDs/Driver’s Licenses and the neutralization/arrest
of Ramon Manio Regatillo aka Rogelio Reyes
Atencio & Samson Lomibao Gonzales aka Manny
Tuazon Sison/ Ferdinand Mison Dela Cruz,
members of “OLAEZ GROUP” engaged in
Carnapping/Swindling operating in the Provinces
of Region 1, 2, 3 & NCR during police operation
conducted by joint elements of La Union CIDT led
by PCI RICHARD V CABALLERO and PHPT-La
Union led by PI DANIEL B BANAN on or about 8:30
in the evening of June 10, 2010 at Paringao,
Bauang, La Union. The case stemmed from the
complaint of Vice Mayor Bonifacio Malinao & Mr.
Danilo Corpuz (thru Special Power of Attorney) for
alleged ESTAFA anf Falsification of Public
Documents. Arrested suspects and the
confiscated items were brought to La Union CIDT
Office located at Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, San Fernando City, La Union for proper
documentation and disposition while cases for ESTAFA and Falsification of Public Documents
was filed against the arrested suspects Samson Lomibao Gonzales aka Manny Tuazon Sison/
Ferdinand Mison Dela Cruz (thru confiscated suspected fake Drivers’ License) Ramon Manio
Regatillo (who posed as “Rogelio Reyes Atencio” and One (1) John DOE before the Provincial
Prosecutors Office, Bauang, la union docketed as Inquest Case No. I-02B-INQ-010F-000 dated
June 11, 2010. Subject accused were subsequently turned-over to the BJMP, Bauang, La union
per Inquest Resolution penned by 2 nd Asst. Prov’l Prosecutor, Inquest Prosecutor on case.
