# 10103991180673 in the name of NOEMI T. BALLOGUING, incumbent Municipal Mayor of
Duplas, Pugo, La Union) and Assorted Ammos corresponding to the same licensed FAs during
implementation of SW Nr. 2010-02 issued by Judge Ferdinand A. Fé of RTC Br. 67, Bauang, La
Union dtd 07 April 2010 for Violation of RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions)
at the house/premises of Orlando B. BALLOGUING (at large) located at Brgy. Duplas, Pugo, La
Union on or about 2:30 in the afternoon of April 8, 2010 conducted by joint elements of La
Union CIDT and PIB-La Union PPO led by PSUPT VICTOR WANCHAKAN. Abovementioned
firearms were returned to Mayor NOEMI TIU-BALLOGUING after the inventory being covered
with valid documents/License Cards and PTCFORs.
10) Confiscation of One (1) Cal .38 Special with Trademark “Amadeo Rosasin, A”
and markings “Made in Brazil with Nos. B4 C6 84 and the arrest of Henry GABUT y Bato during
implementation of SW Nr. T-381 issued by Hon. Ulysses R Butuyan, Presiding Judge, RTC, Br 51,
Tayug, Pangasinan dated April 19, 2010 for Violation of RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms
and Ammunitions) at the house/premises of abovementioned suspect located at Brgy
Nancamaliran West, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan on or about 5:35 in the morning of April 21,
2010 conducted by joint elements of SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT led by PSI MELCHOR F PISO,
PPSMC Tayug and Urdaneta City PS. Arrested person and the confiscated item were brought
to SATT-3, Pangasinan CIDT Office located at Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for proper
documentation while a case for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 (Illegal
Possession of F/A and Ammos) was filed against the arrested suspect Henry GABUT y Bato
before the City Prosecutor’s Office, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan docketed under NPS Docket No.
I-II-INQ-10D-00032 dated April 21, 2010. Also, information with the same title of the case was
filed against the aforementioned suspect at MTC, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan docketed under

Fifty-seven (457) rds Assorted Live Ammunitions; Six
Hundred Seventy-one (671) pcs Spent Shells for
Assorted calibers and the arrest of Rudy DIRECTO y
Deggracia during implementation of SW Nr. 76, S’ 2010
issued by Hon. Francisco A Ante, Jr, Presiding Judge,
MTCC, FJR, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur dated April 2, 2010 for
Violation of RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and
Ammunitions) at the house/premises of
abovementioned suspect located at Brgy Silag, Sta
Maria, Ilocos Sur on or about 2:30 in the afternoon of
April 29, 2010 conducted by joint elements of Ilocos Sur
CIDT led by PCI VILLAFLOR S BANNAWAGAN together

under NPS Nr. I-03-INV-10D-00039 and subsequently
an Information was filed before the 5 th MCTC, Sta
Maria, Burgos, Ilocos Sur docketed under CC Nr.
