San Alejandro, Sta Maria, Pangasinan wherein the victim identified as Juanito VILLALBA y Collado, 60 years old, Election Officer of Sta Maria, Pangasinan. Suspect was arrested and presently detained at BJMP, Balungao District Jail, Balungao, Pangasinan. 26
