CHAIN IDLER<br />
SUPPORT BRACKETS<br />
STEP 8<br />
Put main frame on saw horses (two<br />
pieces), as shown in Photo 2. Then space<br />
about 11-1/2 inches apart with angle<br />
flanges outward. Be sure chain idler<br />
support brackets are on the same end.<br />

STEP 9<br />
Place inboard pivot end over main frame<br />
as shown in Photo 3. Be sure inboard<br />
pivot is on the same end of the frame as<br />
chain idler support brackets. See Photo<br />
5 on page 16. Have the heavy electric<br />
cords coming out of the center pivot on<br />
the same side as the loops on the main<br />
frame. These loops hold the heavy cords<br />
in place.<br />
Large loops for both rubber<br />
covered cords, small loops on<br />
opposite end of frame for<br />
14-3 cord only.<br />
Using two 3/8" x 1" hex head bolts, place<br />
flat washer onto bolt, put bolt through yoke<br />
and frame, and secure with lock-washer<br />
and nut on inside of frame angle (Two on<br />
each side). Using two 3/8" x 1" hex head<br />
bolts for four-auger machine (Two 3/8" x<br />
2" hex head bolts for six-auger machine),<br />
bring bolts up from the bottom of the main<br />
frame through yoke and secure with flat<br />
washer, lock-washer, and nuts (Two on<br />
each side). See Photo 3 or Drawing E<br />
on page 44.<br />
