STEP 17<br />
Bolt the drive guide arm on to the center<br />
inboard pivot and chain idler support<br />
yoke, using three 1/4" x 3/4" carriage<br />
bolts with lock-washers and nuts.<br />
BE SURE THE GUIDE ARM IS<br />
POSITIONED AS IN Photo 12. See<br />
Drawing E on page 44. The bolt holding<br />
the guide arm to the chain idler support<br />
yoke needs to be positioned with round<br />
head of the carriage bolt in the channel<br />
of the drive arm guide.<br />
STEP 18<br />
Install center drive roller chain with<br />
connecting angle to the outside as<br />
shown in Photo 13.<br />

CONNECTING ANGLE MUST BE<br />
AS SHOWN IN PHOTO or chain will<br />
lock up when going around the<br />
spocket and pulleys.<br />
To assure proper chain tension, grasp<br />
the chain at the halfway point between<br />
the sprocket and the idler pulley. 3/4"<br />
movement each way is all that is<br />
advisable at this point. See Photo 13 or<br />
