are showing positive and increasing net income
• “Successfully managed” means complying
with the conditions of the financing,
including use and management of funds for
the intended purposes, diligence in timely
servicing of debt.
• ‘Funds’ means PAF revolving fund or other
funds.
• “Project Managed” means status of proposal
received, agreement done, fund transfer and
completion of sub/projects.
• “On time” means 7 and 15 days after months
completed in the case of 20 accessible and
20 remote districts respectively.
