If we apply the percentage for the various items included for the line item Admin, Legal, Engineering and Environmental and the 25 percent contingency to the above amounts we obtain a total cost for the Pumping & Storage Components and Transmission Pipelines of $39,027,000. Although there are no costs shown for right-of-way, the project includes a pipeline between Moss Landing and the Monterey Peninsula. RENT.
