ประกอบการขนาดกลาง ระหว่างผู้แทนหน่วยงานที่มีภารกิจด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศของไทยกับเยอรมนี ซึ่งเป็น
หนึ่งในกิจกรรมของโครงการดําเนินงานตามนโยบายเพื่อปกป้องสภาพภูมิอากาศ ที่ สผ. ร่วมกับ GTZ จัดขึ้น โดย
Mr. Franz Ellermann ผู้อํานวยการสํานักงาน GTZ ได้เชิญ Dr. Georg Maue ผู้เชี่ยวชาญอาวุโส จากกระทรวงสิ่งแวดล้อม
ประเทศเยอรมนี มาร่วมเสวนาให้ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานและการลด
ก๊าซเรือนกระจกในสถานประกอบการ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสภาวะโลกร้อน โดยการนําเสนอข้อมูลเรื่องที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับ BAT
(Best Available Techniques) ที่ EU และเยอรมนี ใช้ในขณะนี้ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดําเนินงานของประเทศไทย
ในด้านดังกล่าว
On August 25 th , 2009, at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment,
Office of the Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning Secretary-General, Mrs. Nisakorn
Kositratana participated in the discussion to share experiences related to increasing efficiency, using energy
and reducing greenhouse effects in the medium-sized enterprises between Thai and German representatives
responsible for climate change. This is considered to be one of the principal activities in the project to
protect the climate that was arranged by the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and
Planning and GTZ. Mr.Franz Ellermann, Director of GTZ, invited Dr. George Maue, the senior expert from
the Ministry of Environment, Germany to take part in the discussion to share knowledge and experiences,
aiming for increasing efficiency in energy use and reducing greenhouse effects in the workplace to find
solutions for global warming. Best Available Techniques (BAT) were introduced at EU and implemented in
Germany and these should benefit similar operations in Thailand.
