เชิญผู้ประกอบการภาคเอกชน ร่วมสัมมนา เรื่อง “กองทุนสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อภาคเอกชน”
เพื่อให้ได้รับทราบระเบียบ หลักเกณฑ์ และแนวทางการขอรับการสนับสนุนเงินกู้
ดอกเบี้ยต่ํา จากกองทุนสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งได้ปรับลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ใหม่ให้ต่ํากว่า
ท้องตลาด คือ ร้อยละ 2 - 3 ต่อปี และการชําระคืนเงินกู้ โดยกําหนดให้มี
ระยะเวลาปลอดการชําระคืนเงินต้นไว้ 2 ปี และมีระยะเวลาชําระหนี้รวมระยะเวลา
ปลอดการชําระคืนเงินต้นไม่เกิน 7 ปี เพื่อใช้ในการดําเนินธุรกิจของตนเอง ตาม
แนวคิดความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม (Corporate Social Responsibility :
CSR) สําหรับการลงทุนที่จัดให้มีระบบการจัดการมลพิษ ในการขจัดมลพิษที่เกิดจาก
กระบวนการผลิต เพื่อไม่ให้ส่งผลกระทบต่อชุมชนและสิ่งแวดล้อมหรือให้ส่งผลกระทบ
น้อยที่สุด

, 2009, at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel,
Bangkok, the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and
Planning invited entrepreneurs to participate in a seminar with the title
“Environmental Funds for the Private Sector,” so that they could learn
about rules, regulations and guidelines for requesting low interest loans
from the Office of Environmental Funds. The adjusted interest rate is
lower than the market rate, approximately 2% to 3% per year, with two
years non-repayment of the principle and total loan payment within
seven years for those business enterprises that operated according to
principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by investing in pollution
management systems to dispose of pollution from production processes
for minimum or no effect on the community and the environment.
