Management Authority? If operator’s
responsibility Kindly provide the details
w.r.t Total No. of Satellite phones desired.
HF based walkie talkie integration is
planned at SEOCs and ERVs. How many
number of Walkie talkie sets are required?
Kindly elaborate the desired VHF network;
the information required is not sufficient?
Multimedia management system for
handling live video feeds coming from
multiple sources like video-conferencing
devices, surveillance and remote cameras
or footage captured through video
cameras on ERV transmitted via VSAT
links.
Kindly elaborate the desired surveillance
system. Does tenderer expect CCTV
cameras, if yes then at how many
locations?
Alert and warning towers can
use satellite data modems
(Imarsat M2M) systems as backup
for link between the tower
and SEOC. No satellite phone is
proposed for warning system.
Satellite phones will be
procured by GSDMA as they
need special permission from
government of India.
HF based transceiver (1) is
required at SEOC and each ERV
(not a walky-talky). Each ERV
should have one base station
and 10 handsets (walkie-talkies).

CCTV cameras at SEOC are
provided by GSDMA.
Requirement of cameras at ERV
are included in the
specifications. System should be
able to handle inputs coming
from these cameras as well as
any other video system installed
by other government agencies
e.g. police, municipal
corporation etc.
