Please delete "capability to track speaker
automatically" (i) the auto tracking works
erroneously in such a briefing room with
multiple participants. (ii) The ideal range
of the auto tracking is normally 23 feet,
thus a large size room with 24 participants
having 12 seats on one side of the table
this will not work well. (iii) Auto tracking is
a proprietary feature of only one OEM.
This limits the competition.
Pl clarify the Standalone and network
mode….….. Does Standalone mode refer
to survivability of the DEOC and TEOC
location?
Tender is looking for IVR system. Request
you please share the IVR call flow & what
all services are to be extended on IVR. Is it
also expected o integrate the IVR / ACD
system with the backend Portal / DB.
Would request the resolution at which
such calls are to be made as 100Nos. 720p
resolution calls would not be the same as
100Nos. CIF calls, would also request for
dynamic allocation of resources such that
100No. 720p calls or 400Nos. VoIP calls
could be specified instead of 100
video/voice which is ambiguous.
Request the clause for Scalability to higher
capacity without change in main hardware
