Martin C. Reynolds attended the University of Central Arkansas, University of Maryland, and<br />
the University of Arizona. He began the position of Director of Bands at Southeast <strong>Missouri</strong><br />
State University in Cape Girardeau during the Fall of 2010. In this role, he directs the Wind<br />
Symphony, the Golden Eagles Marching Band, the Show Band, and teaches in the music education<br />
curriculum.<br />
Dr. Reynolds experience in higher education includes positions at The University of Alabama<br />
at Birmingham, The University of Arkansas, New Mexico State University, and the University of<br />
Arkansas at Monticello. His performing ensembles have appeared at the Las Vegas Bowl, the<br />
Tazon Aztec Bowl in Mexico City, as guest entertainment for the Denver Broncos (NFL), meetings of<br />
the Arkansas <strong>Music</strong> <strong>Educators</strong> <strong>Association</strong>, and the National Meeting of the American School Band<br />
Directors <strong>Association</strong>.<br />
Reynolds’ public school experience includes twelve years of teaching K-12 music. His bands have<br />
consistently gained significant recognition for superior performance in marching and concert<br />
settings.<br />
Through his professional association with Radio City <strong>Music</strong> Hall Productions and Walt Disney<br />
Entertainment, he has served as Conductor for the “We the People” Fanfare Unit (CBS TV), the<br />
International Summer Special Olympics Band (ABC TV), and the All-American College Symphony<br />
Orchestra at Walt Disney World’s EPCOT Center.<br />
Reynolds has served as clinician and adjudicator throughout the United States. He is in demand<br />
as conductor/adjudicator for all types of musical events.<br />
