Whilst individual companies develop their<br />

HR policy at local level, in recent years the<br />

group has been working on an aligned<br />

approach. This continues to be rolled out<br />

across our divisions and companies.<br />

Our governance model defines HR roles<br />

for the group level, our divisions and<br />

our companies. That way, we manage<br />

the two main pillars of our HR approach<br />

in a structured way: integrated talent<br />

management and organisational<br />

effectiveness. Their common denominator<br />

is the great importance Etex attaches to<br />

expertise.<br />

Integrated talent management<br />

At Etex, we create a mobility environment<br />

in which employees can move on to<br />

new positions and grow at national and<br />

international level. This dynamic internal<br />

mobility allows us to further capitalise on<br />

the expertise and talent built up internally.<br />
