Besides physical safety, Etex also mapped<br />
out possible psychosocial risks and hazards<br />
at work. In <strong>2014</strong>, we adapted our internal<br />
policies, procedures and labour regulations<br />
to comply with the new European and<br />
Belgian rules on stress management and<br />
harassment.<br />
