the northern edge of the district and comprises
interior-design shops and funky wine and
cocktail bars, such as Kadarka and Minyon.

venture into the heart of the district to Printa
Akadémia on Rumbách Sebestyén utca.
Jewish culture
Located at the southwestern corner of the
Jewish Quarter, the Dohány Street Synagogue
features a unusual fusion of Moorish and
Eastern Orthodox elements. It is the second
largest synagogue in Europe and one of
Budapest's most visited sites, particularly
during the Jewish Summer Festival, which
showcases local and international musicians.
The Quarter6Quarter7 festival of music and
Jewish culture is of a more underground
ilk, and takes place at myriad bars and cafés
throughout the district during Hanukkah
celebrations.
