compound, the socialist-realist fresco adorning
the neo-Classical façade is a striking homage to
the factory’s manufacturing process.
The city’s upper Danube promenade not only
offers incredible vistas over the river and park
below, but is also dotted with unusual metal
sculptures, many by notable Hungarian artists
active since the 1960s.
