DURING MEDICAL EMERGENCIES<br />

Immediate treatment by trained medical personnel should be<br />

sought for any serious injuries such as those involving profuse<br />

bleeding or broken bones. The order of priority should be to<br />

protect lives, protect property, and then to control the spread of<br />
