Spray Tips<br />

Air Bubble Jet Spray Tip<br />

Revolutionary Air Bubble Jet spray tips draw air into<br />

the stream of liquid being sprayed improving chemical<br />

contact with the leaf and greatly reducing drift.<br />

The number of small droplets is reduced, limiting<br />

drift, and air bubbles are created in the larger droplets<br />

causing them to collapse on contact with the leaf<br />

and disperse evenly. The Air Bubble Jets overcome<br />

the problems of conventional jet nozzles that form<br />

both large droplets that run off the leaves and small<br />

droplets that drift. Air Bubble Jets can be used for pull<br />

type or high clearance sprayers, and are also ISO color-coded (i.e. if<br />

you use a yellow 0.2, now you would use a yellow 0.2 Bubble Jet.)<br />

• Up to 58% less drift compared to conventional drift reduction nozzles<br />

• Proven experience<br />

• No high pressure required to operate properly, as in other air induction<br />

nozzles; Operate at normal pressure similar to an extended range, 20-<br />

90 PSI (30-45 PSI is the best operating range for drift control and<br />

exceptional plant coverage)<br />

• Uniform droplet sizing (350 micron) for outstanding plant coverage<br />

• 100-degree tapered edge flat spray pattern for uniform coverage in<br />

broadcast spraying<br />

• Made of Chemital for long wearing durability; Easy to take apart for<br />
