Model 1999A Solenoid Valve
Model 1999A 12-Volt DC Electric Boom Shutoff Valve
has 1" NPT female inlet, 1" male bypass outlet, and
3/4" NPT female boom line outlet for high volume
applications at minimum pressure loss (pressure
drop is only 5 PSI at 18 GPM). Current draw of only
1 amp. Chemical resistant, glass-filled polypropylene
body with Viton diaphragm and seals. Response time, .2 seconds turnon;
.5 seconds turn-off. Maximum recommended pressure, 175 PSI. For
multiple valve units, simply screw one valve to another - no troublesome
or leaking nipples and seals are needed.
Note: The AG710204 Model 1999A in the very early models used a longer
plunger which is 1.25" long versus a shorter plunger which is 1.00"
long in the later models. Consequently, there is a different part number
for the Viton service repair kit for the earlier model 1999A valves (kit p/n
is AG713664). Parts between the early style kit p/n AG713664 and the
later style repair kit p/n AG059096 are the same except for the different
length plungers.
