In second quarter,Houston’s George Blanda hit Dave Smith on 17-yard touchdown pass, added conversionand kicked 18-yard field goal. Agajanian kicked 27-yard field goal with fiveseconds left in half to make score Houston 10, Los Angeles 9 at half. In third quarter,Blanda completed seven-yard touchdown pass to Bill Groman and kicked conversion.<strong>Chargers</strong> responded when Paul Lowe slanted over from two-yard line and with Agajanian’sconversion score was Houston 17, Los Angeles 16, at end of three quarters.In fourth quarter, Blanda and Billy Cannon teamed up on 88-yard pass-run touchdownplay to conclude scoring. Player of game honors went to Cannon, with Blandaand Lowe deadlocked vote behind.
