He spent 20 years(1980-99) as an assistant coach and teacher at Linfield Collegein McMinnville, Ore., including four (1992-95) as head coach.Langsdorf was born in Vallejo, California. He attended Glasgow(Mont.) High School and played football and basketball,and ran track. He became a defensive end and tight end atConcordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and graduatedwith a degree in history in 1967. He earned a master’s in physicaleducation from Washington State in ’69 and a doctorateof education in physical education from Arizona State in ’79.Langsdorf and his wife, Jan, have a son, Danny, a daughter,Lisa, and three grandchildren, Lindy, Jacob and Dawsen.Danny is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach atOregon State under former <strong>Chargers</strong> head coach Mike Riley.The Langsdorfs reside in Salem, Oregon.PAUL SKANSICollege Scout22nd NFL Season13th season with <strong>Chargers</strong>Skansi scouts the Northwest for the <strong>Chargers</strong>.An honorable mention All-America and All-Pac-10 receiverat the University of Washington, Skansi was the Huskies’ all-CHRIS HOBBSExecutive Assistant–Player PersonnelTRAVIS LASHAssistant –Player Personneltime leading receiver (138 rec., 1,723 yards). He was draftedby Pittsburgh in the fifth round in 1983 and spent his rookieseason with the Steelers. After his release in ’84, he signed withSeattle and from 1984-91 caught 166 passes for 1,950 yardsand 10 touchdowns for the <strong>Seahawks</strong>. In 1992, he concludedhis playing career with the CFL’s Ottawa Rough Riders.Skansi, who has a degree in sociology, returned to his almamater as an assistant wide receivers coach in 1994. In ’95, hecoached wide receivers at Idaho and in ’99 he followed headcoach Chris Tormey to Nevada.Skansi was born in Tacoma, Washington. He and wife,Stephanie, have two daughters, Taylor and Madison, andreside in Poulsbo, Wash.Hobbs’ scouting responsibilities include NFL practice squadplayers, college players who independently submit scoutingtapes, prospects from the Arena Football League and nondraftedprospects in the western region. During games, Hobbsworks with the team’s video department to provide thecoaching staff with still photos, and during the NFL Combine,he is a group leader for the defensive linemen’s drills.Hobbs was an intern with the <strong>Chargers</strong> in 2000 and joinedthe team full-time in ’05. Born in Hollywood, Calif., he attendedNorth Hollywood High and graduated from Pacific with adegree in sports management and a minor in business.Lash works with both the college and pro personneldepartments researching and preparing information on playersfor the college draft and free agency. His scoutingresponsibilities include the NFL, Canadian Football League,United Football League and the Arena Football League.He joined the <strong>Chargers</strong> in 2006 as a scouting intern aftertwo years as a staff assistant in the U<strong>SD</strong> Athletic Department.Lash is a native of San Diego and attended La Jolla CountryDay High School. He graduated from the University of SanDiego with a degree in Communication and Business in 2007.In November 2011, Lash married the former Jaclyn Adler inLos Angeles.TRICIA CAMPANELLACoordinator ofFootball AdministrationCampanella is responsible for a variety of tasks in the <strong>Chargers</strong>’football operations department, which includes pro and collegescouting, while providing administrative assistance to GeneralManager A.J. Smith and Assistant GM, Ed McGuire.Campanella spent the previous eight years as an executive assistantwhere her responsibilities included preparing player andstaff contracts, helping to coordinate player payroll and actingas the team’s representative to the NFL players insurance plan.A native of San Diego, Campanella graduated from ValhallaHigh School and San Diego State University.
