For some others it is achance to soak up some information, develop their skills awayfrom the green and learn in a supportive environment. Theyoung men selected for this tour are all on the cusp ofselection in the State team. Dominic Riley is one of the youngplayers ‘discovered’ during the Country Tour. At the sametime the selectors got the opportunity to see John Green’sleadership skills first hand. All three clubs, while vastly different, were terrific hosts, and Iwould like to take this opportunity of thanking them.2011 NSW Country Development Tour:2011 Country Development TourAlex Lee (Roselands ), Dominic Riley (Taree Leagues), John Green(Corrimal), Carl Healey (Roselands ), Craig Donaldson (St JohnsPark), Sean Mawdsley (Warilla), Lee Trethowan (Ettalong Memorial),Zeljko Trbara (Merrylands), Michael O'Loughlin (Merrylands), BenMorthorpe (Cabramatta), Chris Green (Taren Point ), MathewPietersen (St Johns Park)1 At Bowral: 77 def Zone 5 462 At Harden 54 def Zone 8 513 At Lake Conjola 74 def Zone 7 56Bowls NSW, 2011-12 Annual Report & Year Book Page 17
