PairsStephanie Hili and Sean Mawdsley (Warilla) claimed the 2011<strong>NSW</strong> 2011 <strong>NSW</strong> State Junior (U-18) Singles Championship,defeating Matthew Flanagan and Dylan Skinner (Bomaderry)18-12 in front of their home crowd.The Warilla pair miraculously claimed a semi-final spot afterlosing their first match 11-14 against Tyrone Byrne andNicholas Cadman (Roselands) in a section of only 3 teams(Zone 11 failed to enter a team in the State finals).After sitting out the second round due to the bye, the duoneeded to claim victory by at least 4 shots to progress and a19 shot victory saw them through. In the semi-final, Hili andMawdsley defeated Amanda Laird (Asquith) and WilliamJohnson (Belrose) 28-9.
