In terms of client record-keeping, while all facilities report keeping client records, not allfacilities have staff confidentiality agreements regarding client data. Facilities in allprovinces have confidential interviewing rooms (Figure 12).In terms of good governance and management practices, all facilities report keepingrecords on staff, provide staff with job descriptions, hold regular staff meetings, and holdregular management meetings (Figure 12). Despite the legal requirements of doing so,not all facilities report compiling an annual budget (94.0% of the sample), or develop abusiness plan for the facility (94.0% of the sample).
