OlamazadehSummary:SABA is the basic software for power system analysis and it is applied by manyregional electric power companies and some sections of industry.Regarding the problems in the first version of software running under DOS system, anew user interface and application area in windows operating system was designed.After that, all the system analyzer modules were changed in Visual C6 windows basedcompiler. At the end of this project, the new version of SABA software running underwindows 9X/NT operating system has been developed.4
