Recognizing and locating fault from head of MV FeedersIn this activity all manners of fault location was studied, one of them was chosenand all necessary algorithms and formulas for fault location was prepared andtested on one simulated feeder.2. Recognizing of fault in along of MV FeederIn this activity all devices for recognizing of fault along MV Feeders was studied.The proper devices and their technical specification for Iran MV network waschosen and prepared. Also in this activity the Cost/benefit and increasingreliability formulas in MV networks was prepared according to DistributionAutomation with fault location, isolation and service restoration Function.3. Trouble Call SystemIn this activity using expert, fuzzy and ANN theory in Trouble Call System wasstudied and algorithm and technical specification of Trouble Call Systems waspreparedProject Results:Formulas, algorithms and technical specification of fault locator from head ofMV Feeder. Technical specification of fault indicators in over head and under ground MVFeeders. Cost/Benefit analysis of automation systems according fault location,isolation and service restoration functions.
