NRI <strong>Annual</strong> Research <strong>Report</strong> <strong>2001</strong>-<strong>2002</strong>Statistical Summary of Training ActivitiesIn <strong>2001</strong>, the total 981 persons participated in training activities that 695 ofthem belonged to the Electric Power Industry and 286 were NRI personnel.The rate of NRI personnel training share is about 15 hours year round. In <strong>2001</strong>, 33 professional courses, 9 general courses, 9 workshops and 16seminar were held.81 lecturers cooperated with Training Unit in teaching different courses,which their total times were 1402 hours.More than 300 companies and organizations participated in training activities.From the total participants in professional courses:- 30% were from Regional Electric Companies,- 20% from Distribution Companies,- 10% from Power Plants- 4% from Water and Wastewater Organizations,- 36% from other sections of industry.75
