SystemSitesThe Protege System Management Suite is able to manage locally and globally connected sites withinthe same application.The System site is provided as a default and allows for the viewing of historical record modification and audit trailinformation that is global for ALL sites in the system. The system site also contains the configuration parametersfor operators, modems and some communication settings.Adding Sites1. To add a site, select the New Site button from the System tab. This launches the New Site wizard:2. Enter the required details in to the New Site Wizard Window:• Site Name: The name of the site.• Organization Name: The organization in charge of the site.• Description: A brief description of the site.• Address 1, 2, 3: The address of the site.• Phone Number: The phone number of the site.• Fax Number: The fax number of the site.• Web Site: The website address of the site.• Number of Global Users: Maximum number of global users for the site to accommodate.• Number of Controllers: Number of controllers for the site to utilize.• Controller Name: Name of the default controller if the site is to utilize only 1 controller.PRT-SMGT Protege System Management Suite Version 2.5.0 | PRT-SMGT 31
